not like originals

"Own a pair of original walking dahlgren for many years. Thought I'd try this one. Was disappointed because these are not as soft as the original which may be due to the % of alpaca wool used (believe the originals were not mixed fibers but more alpaca) ). The order was also not correct and I'm waiting to see how it will be corrected. I ordered 2 pair and received only one and a different one (classic sprint) which wasn't part of the original order. Since I like the softness of the original sock I will probably order a pair of walking if they are made the same as the original. Properly cared for they seem to last forever."

A good weight for tighter

"A good weight for tighter fitting dress shoes but perhaps a bit lighter than I wanted for every day walking shoes. (I should note that I have everything from these to heavy hiking socks and socks for ski boots. I am a satisfied customer.)"
