"The insides of these socks have long loose threads that catch on your toes so you cannot slide your foot into the sock. Just found out I cannot return these. Bummer."

"I’m very disappointed. I have had a pair of these socks for many years. They are awesome. I was looking forward to my new pairs and found that one pair was shipped in the incorrect size. I contacted customer service and was told to submit a form online. I submitted the form only to discover that I would have to pay to ship the incorrect item to Canada. I choose not to proceed with return as it would cost me more in money, time and aggravation. Very poor policy for a great product. Customers should not be held responsible for company errors."
