Return and Refund Policy

All unused products purchased from this website come with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Please kindly make sure the products are:

  • In resellable condition
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Includes all original and undamaged packaging

Note, if you purchased your products at a retail location or e-retailer, your return must be processed directly through the retailer. All items must be returned in the condition you received them in.

For all returns please send an email to info@dahlgrensocks.com. 

Please include your original order number, your full name, a return address, phone number and reason for the return.

Once we receive your email, you will receive a Return Authorization number. To ensure a timely refund, please write this return authorization number on the side of the box and include it in the package. All returns must be sent within 10 business days.

We recommend you ship the package with a carrier who is capable of providing tracking information; Dahlgren is not responsible for lost packages.

As soon as your item is received, your card will be credited for the price of the product; this credit will not include shipping charges. 

*Credit card companies differ in the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Depending on volume, return/exchange turnover time can take between 2-4 weeks.
